Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Promo Layout Editor. A Vietnamese summary follows the English text.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Promo Layout Editor (“the Service”), you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

The Service lets you create photo layouts, edit text layers, build slide decks, render videos, and send user-selected content to TikTok through the Content Posting API. Some features require a TikTok account, API permissions, and infrastructure configured by the operator.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for content you upload, for owning or licensing the photos, logos, and text you use, and for the right to publish that content. You must not use the Service for unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, fraud, harm, or violations of TikTok policies.

4. Content and ownership

You retain rights in your content. You grant a limited technical license to process that content so the Service can generate images, store them temporarily, and transmit the slides or videos you choose to send to TikTok. That license ends when temporary data is deleted.

5. TikTok and third parties

The Service uses TikTok Developer Services but is not a TikTok product and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by TikTok. Publishing remains subject to TikTok’s Terms, Privacy Policy, Content Posting Guidelines, and API limits.

6. Account security

You must protect the editor password, access tokens, and deployment secrets. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or another person’s data.

7. Temporary storage

Media used for TikTok publishing is stored under random file names. The system deletes it when TikTok reports completion or failure; expired jobs are cleaned automatically after about two hours. Infrastructure incidents can delay deletion.

8. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. There is no guarantee that TikTok will accept or publish every submission. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, downtime, or actions of third-party platforms.

9. Suspension and changes

Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms. The terms may be updated; the latest date is shown on this page.
