This policy explains how Promo Layout Editor collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you design images or publish to TikTok. A Vietnamese summary follows the English text.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the public website, the visual editor, TikTok publishing features, and related support communications.

2. Data we process

  • Images, logos, image URLs, text, layer settings, and layouts you provide.
  • Editor configuration and drafts stored in your browser (localStorage and IndexedDB).
  • JPEG or video files you choose to send when publishing to TikTok.
  • Creator profile fields returned by TikTok, such as nickname, username, privacy options, and publish IDs.
  • Minimal technical logs, which may include access time, IP address, errors, and user agent depending on hosting configuration.
  • An administrator session cookie used to keep you signed in to the editor.

3. How we use data

Data is used to operate the editor, restore drafts, generate images and videos, fetch images from URLs you request, authenticate the operator session, send selected slides or videos to TikTok, check publish status, and protect the service from abuse.

4. Storage and deletion

Ordinary edits are processed in the browser. When you publish to TikTok, generated media is stored temporarily on the server and served through random URLs. Files are deleted when TikTok reports PUBLISH_COMPLETE or FAILED. Incomplete jobs are cleaned up after about two hours. Browser drafts remain until you clear site data.

5. Sharing

Slides, titles, captions, and publish settings are shared with TikTok when you confirm a post. Hosting or storage providers that operate the service may process data as needed. We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies

The service uses an HttpOnly session cookie, Secure on HTTPS, and SameSite=Lax so the session survives the TikTok OAuth redirect. Cookies are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

7. Security

Protections include signed session tokens, AES-256-GCM encryption of TikTok tokens stored only on the server, OAuth state checks, origin checks, size limits, blocking of private-network URLs, random file names, security headers, and temporary-file cleanup. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

You can delete local drafts in your browser, remove slides before publishing, revoke the app in TikTok settings, and request access to or deletion of data still held by the operator, subject to applicable law.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children below the minimum age required by law and by TikTok.
